Answers to the questions admissions hears most often about scheduling, payment, cancellation, and what’s included.
Can I reschedule if my preferred cohort doesn't work?
Yes. Cancellations carry forward to the next available cohort — no refunds are issued. You may also substitute another participant from your organization at any time before the cohort begins. Contact admissions at [email protected] to arrange either.
Is group enrollment available?
Yes. Three or more registrations from the same organization qualify for group pricing. The steepest discount applies for groups of 8–25. See /for-teams for details and organizational billing options.
What's included in the tuition?
All 18 modules across 5 consecutive days; live instructor-led delivery via Zoom or in-person; course materials and reference guides; CEU accreditation documentation; access to the CPE alumni network; certificate of completion awarded on Day 5.
Is accessibility support available?
Yes. Zoom cohorts include live captions throughout the program. In-person venues are wheelchair-accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, note them in the Comments field of the inquiry form, or contact admissions directly at [email protected].
How do refunds work?
Refunds are not issued. If your plans change, you have three options: substitute another participant from your organization, defer your registration to a later 2026 cohort, or carry forward to a 2027 cohort. Contact admissions to make any of these arrangements.
When do I receive the certificate?
The Certified Port Executive™ certificate is awarded on Day 5 of the cohort during the closing session. A digital certificate is emailed within 5 business days of program completion. A physical certificate is available on request.
